How do you really get to know someone?! 

For starters, we must make a conscious effort to be in that person's space, and make an honest effort to get to KNOW them. That involves not just the initial introduction, etc., but actually getting to know AND care about the things that are important to that person, what their likes, dislikes, interests, and other important components are in their life. 

The world is always growing & changing, revolving in ways that some of us would have never thought or dreamed of; at times, this can be both wonderful & frightening. That's the way it can sometimes be when we are meeting new people. We may have apprehensions about meeting them, but at the same time, the thought of making a new friend is an exciting thing! 

Willingness to grow, learn, accept & familiarize yourself with different people is a step in the way of unification. How will you get to know your brother or sister, if we do not make an effort to connect with one another?
